Subscription & Tier Matrix

The Seedling subscription system is designed to scale alongside your professional growth. It moves from individual exploration to enterprise-grade organization management. Each tier is engineered for a specific collaboration stage. Entitlements are built into the plan gates. As projects get more complex, your access evolves with them.

Last updated: 2026-02-11.

Terms used in every tier

  • Active projects: how many projects you can run at once.

  • Invites: how many collaborators you can invite into your scope.

  • Workspaces: separate spaces for projects or client accounts.

  • Growth Tool Credits: monthly credits for AI growth agents and automations.

  • Seeds: monthly boost credits for discovery and project add-ons (if enabled).

  • Team slots / seats: permanent internal seats for an organization.

Sprouts pay people. Growth Tool Credits pay for AI features. Keep those budgets separate.

What your subscription applies to (the Seedling ecosystem)

Your plan is not just β€œsocial + projects”. It also gates entitlements across the broader Seedling toolchain. This is where Seedling compresses categories into one OS.

Common modules covered by plan entitlements:

  • VerdantCRM: pipeline, accounts, and GTM workflow surfaces.

  • Bob’s Workshop: schema-based building and code generation.

  • Clara’s Studio: multimodal brand and content generation.

  • Annie: sales automation, account mapping, and lead scoring.

  • Seeder: strategy, market gap analysis, and project formalization.

Exact limits can vary by rollout. Use the rollout plan in each module as the source of truth for usage caps.

1. Solo (Free)

Solo is the foundational entry point. It’s for newcomers who want to explore without commitment. It’s the fastest way to learn the Handshake of Value loop.

What you can do:

You get standard access to Seeder for basic brainstorming and guidance. You also get basic access to the core Seedling growth and collaboration surfaces. This tier is tuned for single-user exploration.

Solo includes basic campaign analytics. That data helps you build Sprout Score (EXP) and Credibility from the ground up. Because Solo is free, it acts as the wide funnel for the meritocratic ecosystem.

Solo users can still create project-enabled Wallposts. You can respond to others’ campaigns and submit collaboration requests. However, invite capacity is intentionally constrained.

Solo users are still protected by the same escrow rails on paid collaborations. That means junior contributors can earn with the same payout safety model. When you upgrade, your history persists (EXP, badges, and credibility).

Capacity:

  • Projects: Minimal

  • Invites: Minimal

Price: Free.

2. Starter ($7.99/month)

Starter is designed for new creators and small-scale collaborators. It’s the first tier where β€œproject owner” workflows feel normal. It’s also the first tier where automation starts to compound.

What you can do:

Starter increases your project and invite capacity. You can now bring a first group of collaborators into shared project environments. This tier is the kickstart from exploration into active project management.

You receive monthly Growth Tool Credits. These power growth automations and early outreach via agents like Annie. It’s a low-cost upgrade for users who are seeing early returns on effort.

Starter does not include dedicated workspaces. You’re still running in a single primary operating context. This keeps the tier lightweight for early-stage builders.

Starter also makes it easier to de-risk early ventures. You can recruit reliable contributors using trust signals. You are no longer only a participant. You can operate as a patron by seeding work and closing milestones.

Deadlines start to matter once you are running paid work at volume. Late completion adjustments follow the canonical policy: Fees, penalties, and adjustments.

Entitlements:

  • Invites: 5

  • Active projects: 5

  • Growth Tool Credits: 10 / month

  • Integrations: Standard

Price: $7.99/month.

3. Scale ($19.99/month)

Scale targets professionals scaling their business and client base. It’s where workspaces start to matter. It’s also where automation replaces more manual admin.

What you can do:

You unlock pro-level Seeder usage for more complex project orchestration. Your project capacity increases significantly. Invite capacity also increases to support repeatable team formation.

Scale introduces dedicated workspaces. These separate initiatives or client accounts into clean command centers. This is the bridge into GrowthOS-style operations.

You also receive more Growth Tool Credits each month. These support heavier automated outreach and optimization via agents. You also receive Seeds, which can be used to boost discovery or unlock add-ons (if enabled).

Entitlements:

  • Invites: 10

  • Active projects: 20

  • Workspaces: 5

  • Growth Tool Credits: 25 / month

  • Seeds: 150 / month (if enabled)

  • Features (if enabled): approvals, goals, advanced search, Toppers

Price: $19.99/month.

4. Pro ($25/user)

Pro is designed for agencies and established teams. It adds org-grade controls, staff slots, and a larger collaboration surface. It’s built for high-volume execution.

What you can do:

Pro expands projects and workspaces to agency scale. It also adds team slots for permanent internal staff. This is where custom roles and admin workflows become core.

Pro is also where performance transparency matters more. Time tracking and highlights help map effort to outcomes. This keeps payouts and rewards legible at scale.

Entitlements:

  • Invites: 100

  • Active projects: 50

  • Workspaces: 50

  • Team slots: 10

  • Growth Tool Credits: 50 / month

  • Seeds: 600 / month (if enabled)

  • Features (if enabled): admin console, custom roles, Google SSO, time tracking, weekly Toppers

  • Unreleased: Seeder Learning Studio access

Price: $25/user.

5. Enterprise ($32/user, minimum 100 seats)

Enterprise is designed for large organizations. It supports strict controls and high-volume execution across many teams. It also enforces minimum seats for predictable capacity planning.

This tier is for orgs who need large-scale workspaces. It is also for teams that want a single command center for social, projects, and GTM tooling. Enterprise is where category compression becomes a true operating model.

Entitlements:

  • Active projects: 999

  • Invites: 500

  • Workspaces: 999

  • Team slots: 20

  • Seeds: 3,000 / month (if enabled)

  • Features (if enabled): daily Toppers and enterprise controls

Price: $32/user. Minimum: 100 seats.

Conclusion

The subscription matrix is designed to scale with impact and organizational complexity. As you move from Solo to Enterprise, you unlock stronger AI and collaboration infrastructure. Every tier reinforces the Handshake of Value through capacity, automation, and trust. The goal is simple: turn ideas into milestone-based projects with enterprise-grade security.

Competitive comparison (why tiers matter)

Versus Social Networks (Reddit/Twitter)

Traditional social platforms are built for discourse. Their subscriptions sell perks and vanity features. They do not provide an integrated AI intelligence layer or project execution infrastructure.

Seedling tiers are functional. They gate collaborator capacity, project capacity, and automation credits that impact ROI. Instead of paying for a badge, you pay for execution.

Versus Management Suites (Asana/HubSpot)

Standard tools offer tiered pricing. They often lack a native AI workforce and a built-in talent marketplace. They also do not connect task tracking to escrow-backed funding in the same system.

Seedling tiers move beyond tracking into project funding and outcome-based rewards. Growth Tool Credits support automated GTM work. Seeds (when enabled) change discovery and distribution dynamics inside the ecosystem.

Versus AI Builders (Replit/Cursor/Lovable)

AI coding assistants optimize the build step. They do not include business strategy, content, and lead generation as a bundled workflow.

Seedling collapses Build, Market, and Sell into one subscription surface. Agents like Bob, Clara, and Annie operate under shared context. That reduces tool switching and re-briefing overhead.

Versus Talent Marketplaces (Upwork/Fiverr)

Marketplaces are transactional. They create friction and reset trust on every hire.

Seedling tiers create persistent collaboration capacity and a unified Credibility signal. Escrow and Sprouts de-risk paid work inside the same workflow. This turns gig hunting into a milestone-based operating system.
